Specialist products

Specialist products made of laminates is an area in which we became experts. With more than thirty-five years of experience, modern machinery and well-trained employees as well as very buoyant technical design office we do not want to limit ourselves to components and accessories related to public transport only.

We also cooperate with companies from the medical, agricultural, mining, automotive and advertising industries. We have, so far, been able to take part in a number of very interesting projects. We manufactured things such as: blades for wind power plants, race cars casing, we designed and realized furniture for shops, public buildings, specific parts for agricultural machinery and accessories for speedway motorcycles, seats and benches, accessories for the advertising industry and so on. Every new project is a new challenge that we gladly take on.

Fiber reinforced polyester laminates is a material that allows the implementation of unique and specialized projects.

Laminates have many adventages therefore it’s used in many industries.

Number of features make laminates an excellant material for specialized projects:
– high mechanical strength
– low weight
– no corrosion
– chemical resistance
– electrical, acoustic and thermal insulation
– relatively low production start-up costs in comparison to plastics and steel
– option to mold the design’s shapes and colors.

Camper tops for pick up trucks

We have, together with our customer, designed and manufactured camper top for Toyota Hilux and Jeep Wrangler. We are very pleased with the results of our work. Camper tops are delivered to the customer with full sanitary equipment, kitchen and a place to sleep. The assembly is very simple. Each cabin is manufactured according to individual preferences of the recipient.

INCA vehicle casing

This is another of our original projects.
We have designed and manufactured casing of a small vehicle, which ,thanks to applied equipment, can have many practical applications.

It can be used by the Forest Service Police, police, etc.

Prison-van casing

Due to the increase in demand for police vehicles for detainees on behalf of our clients we have designed and manufactured prison-van casing for vehicles such as Volkswagen T6 and Opel Combo.

Thanks to the properties of fiberglass reinforced polyester laminates we have obtained very functional and aesthetically pleasing interior

Electric vehicles elements

Light electric vehicles industry is a rapidly developing field. This applies to both buses and lorries.

We are very experienced in manufacturing both casing for electric buses and light lorries.

We performed the design work, prototyping and production of serial parts. Light laminates are ideal for this type of casing.

Pick up hardtops

Our offer also features vehicle fittings, pick-up trucks covers called hardtops.

We can manufacture different types of hardtops – cargo covers, coupe, as well as flat with or without windows.
