To Whom It May Concern,
Acting on behalf of the ASTROMAL company in Wilkowice, I hereby inform that on
December 31, 2018, ASTROMAL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company)
with its registered office in Wilkowice was transformed into ASTROMAL ASA spółka z ograniczoną
odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa (limited liability company limited partnership) following the
company’s transformation entry into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Register Court.
The change in the legal form has no impact on the continuation of the activity carried out by ASTROMAL.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code (Art. 553 of the Commercial Companies
Code) ASTROMAL ASA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa (limited liability
company limited partnership) with its registered office in Wilkowice has all the rights and obligations of
the transformed company and it remains the party to all existing agreements and obligations.
The company retains its current address, NIP (Tax Identification Number) and REGON (Business Registry
Number) and bank account number. Only the company’s entry number in the Register of Entrepreneurs –
the National Court Register has been changed.
