Astromal is a specialist in the fiber reinforced polyester production.

We place great emphasis on high quality and proper selection of materials used in the production, the quality of the finished product greatly depends on it.
Laminates effectively displace or replace steel as well as the acid-resistant steel and stainless steel.

External and internal tram elements.
There are many projects related to bodywork tram in our portfolio.
Our works were related to the implamentation of both external elements ( front of the vehicles, bumpers, headlamp covers, truck shields, roofs, etc.) and internal elements (dashboards, driver’s cabin covers, wall and ceilling linings, cabinets, domes, etc.)
The cooperation on projects included the implementation of models, molds and serial elements.
Bus fittings
We produce city, coach and electric bus fittings for many bus manufacturers.
We use technologies to minimize the number of details.
We deliver components with complex equipment (metal adaptations, soundproofing, foams, locks, etc.) prepared for painting. We use a variety of painting systems.
Train and locomotive fittings
Front walls, external elements, wall and ceiling linings, driver’s cabin covers as well as toilet cabins, dashboards, benches and seats – these are just some of the elements we manufactured for the railway industry.
We supply ‘raw’, painted and gel-coated products, subject to project requirements, equipped with metal adaptations, foams and other required adaptations.
Our laminates meet PM-EN-45545-2 norm, for non-fammabiolity, required in rail vehicles.
Gyroplane cabin casing
In cooperation with our client we participated in the preparation and execution of building of the cabin for the flying – gyroplane vehicle.
The work consisted of optimizing the design in terms of the choice of technology used, minimizing the weight, while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness of on time implementation.
The result of our work is very satisfying, and the experience gained was priceless.
Medical equipment fittings
We have been cooperating with medical equipment manufacturers for many years now.
We manufacture specialized device fittings, with emphasis on precision, quality and fitting of all elements
We supply the customers with painted ready for assembly set of products.
Train Driver’s dashboards
We are constantly looking for new solutions and methods to overcome difficult challenges.
We are particularly pleased about the train and tram driver’s dashboards.
Our experience in the production of rail vehicles parts allows us to take on an implementation of difficult and complex projects.
Interior bus fittings
In addition to external bus components (front and rear walls, bumpers, roof panels, headlights, etc.) we manufacture all the internal lining for them.
Such as: rear vehicle fittings, domes, wall linings, driver’s cabin parts, floors and so on.
